About timenow.dev

timenow.dev answers one question quickly: is this market open right now, and when does it change next? Every page shows the answer in the exchange's own timezone and in yours.

What you will find here

• Stock exchange hours with live open, closed, pre-market, lunch, and after-hours status.
• Forex sessions for Sydney, Tokyo, London, and New York, and the overlaps between them.
• High-activity windows where volume has historically been elevated.

How the times are worked out

Each schedule is stored against an IANA timezone such as America/New_York, and the browser's built-in Intl support does the conversion, including daylight-saving changes. Your timezone is read from your browser, and you can pick a different one from the menu in the header. There is no location tracking.

What this site is not

timenow.dev does not show prices, charts, or signals, and it does not give investment advice. Schedules are compiled for reference and can change. Always confirm with the official exchange. See the disclaimer.
